This newly renovated 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is thoughtfully designed with an East Coast theme, immersing you in the vibrant beach culture of Cocoa Beach. The unit features a bright and airy kitchenette, with a fridge and microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious bite to eat after a day of fun in the sun. <br />The cozy bedroom offers a comfortable king -sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The comfy living area is stylishly furnished with a hint of surf-inspired decor, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. There's plenty of room around the dining table for the family. The bathroom is modern and well-appointed, offering all the essential amenities. <br />ith its prime location on 4th street, you're just a short stroll away from the beautiful sandy beach and the refreshing ocean waves. The Juni is the perfect retreat for families, couples, friends or solo travelers seeking a memorable beach vacation. The Juni is equipped with digital locks that use door codes for access. Your door code will be provided to you before check in and will be used for the length of your stay. There is assigned parking for each unit.
