Surfing, fishing, and shopping...this 1BR, 1BA apartment in Cocoa Beach is ready to welcome you for any adventure! Not only is it just one block from the beach, it has everything you need after a day at the beach: A/C, WiFi, parking, TV, washer & dryer, a comfy queen-size bed, two twin beds...and, most importantly, a great location just a 1-minute walk from the beach! Delectable restaurants, the Pier, and Ron Jon’s are also within an easy walk. Disney and Universal Studios are just an hour away. This apartment and complex are owned by Cocoa Beach locals and have been passed down within the same family for three generations. We’re happy to carry on the tradition of welcoming guests to our favorite Florida beach town! <br /><br />This tropical oasis brings some fun and relaxation during your stay in Cocoa Beach.<br /><br />The space features wooden floors throughout, light-filled windows, and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. <br /><br />--Living Room--<br /><br />The living room features a large screen smart TV and a comfortable couch perfect for an afternoon nap. The kitchen is connected and features a kitchenette table to enjoy all of your meals.<br /><br />--Kitchen--<br /><br />The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, and cooking essentials, cutting knives, a microwave, and a drip coffee maker.<br /><br />--Bedroom 1--<br /><br />The first bedroom features two twin bed perfect for visitors of any size and age. <br /><br />--Bedroom 2--<br /><br />The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-size mattress and extended bed frame to upgrade your tropical paradise experience.<br /><br /><br />--Bathroom--<br /><br />The bathroom features a toilet, sink, and a shower/tub combo. We provide keyless entry with digital door locks.
