The upstairs master king and downstairs queen bedroom had blackout blinds installed. In addition, new patio furniture was added on both levels. New Tommy Bahama chairs were added for guest enjoyment as well.<br><br>\u2605 OCUPANCY<br>13 Person Max. All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed).<br><br>\u2605 PRIVATE PARKING:<br>The house has parking space for 6 cars when using both the parking under the house and in front of the house.<br><br>\u2605 ENTRY:<br>The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. We will send you your passcode for your door lock. Check in after 4pm.<br><br>No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late, there will be a $100 charge per half-hour<br><br>\u2605 INTERNET/STREAMING TV\u2019S:<br>High Speed Wireless Internet is included in your stay throughout the house.<br><br>The TV room has a large 55" streaming Roku smart tv with the Secure Vision Expanded Cable TV lineup, great for family movies or ballgames. Streaming smart TVs are also in each bedroom (no cable in bedrooms). Bring your own passwords for your streaming apps. All tv's have antennas to watch local channels. <br><br>\u2605 DECKS<br>With spacious 12 foot decks on both the upper and lower levels, you'll enjoy great beach views as well as incredible sunrises and sunsets. When the Blue Angels are practicing, you'll have an amazing vantage point.<br><br>The lower deck has a dining table and cozy seating and is entirely screened in for comfort. Dine al fresco or just enjoy that morning coffee or evening cocktail and listen to the sound of the surf. <br><br>\u2605 KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM<br>The window lined living and dining rooms with 10 foot ceilings have a cottage feel with slip-covered sofas and chairs. There is ample seating as the large dining table easily seats six people and the breakfast bar has seating for four people. There is also a table on the front porch with seating for six people. The well equipped kitchen means you'll be able to prepare meals for those nights when you choose to dine in. The large butterfly island is perfect for both entertaining and serving.<br><br>\u2605 BEDROOMS<br>Three bedrooms are on the first level. The first bedroom has a queen size bed with an en suite bath. The second bedroom features a king sized bed and has direct access to the hall bath. The third bedroom is light, bright and airy with a king size bed and a private small back deck. <br><br>Upstairs, you can relax in the over-sized master suite complete with a king sized bed, twin day bed, large private bath and balcony access. The last bedroom upstairs is perfect for families as it features a king size bed, twin bunk bed and large private bath. This room enjoys balcony access as well. <br><br>\u2605 LAUNDRY<br>The house has a laundry room with washer and dryer. There is an ironing board and iron available as well. <br><br>\u2605 AMENITIES<br>Our cleaning service provides initial start-up supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and soap. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase some of the items when the initial supply runs out.<br><br>\u2605 POOL<br>You will have access to the community pool which is a short walk from the house as shown in the listing pictures. <br><br>\u2605 SECURITY<br>Ring Floodlight Security Camera by the front stairway for your safety. Blink cameras by the front parking and under the house. Cameras turn on with motion and record. There are no indoor cameras. <br><br>\u2605 NO PETS allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund given.<br><br>\u2605 Absolutely No Smoking. <br><br>\u2605 NO PARTIES.<br> Only registered guests are allowed to be in the home. If you fail to follow this, it will result in an additional $500 charge and you will required to leave immediately with no refund. <br><br>\u2605 We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. Travel insurance is recommended.<br><br>\u2605 While we want visitors to have an enjoyable vacation, we ask that you abide by the Homeowners\u2019 Association Rules:<br>1. Please stay off the dunes. <br>2. No on street parking for cars or golf carts.<br>3. Pools close at 10 PM.<br>4. Golf carts are permissible as long as they are operated by a licensed driver.<br>5. Please do not hang towels or clothing on exterior railing.<br>6. We ask that you respect other residents and guests and consider 10 PM to 9 AM to be \u201cquiet time\u201d.
