This homes calendar runs a weekly 7 day rental of Saturday to Saturday during peak season. Afternoon check in at 4:00 PM until checkout following Saturday morning at 10:00 AM. Heating of the pool is available at an extra cost of $300 from April until May1 and again September until October. Price is the same for a 2 day up to 1 weeks stay. Pool heat pump will not work in temperatures below 60 degrees and pool temperature is set for between 80-85 degrees. Upon request at booking, heat pump will be turned on 2 days prior to arrival and turned off again at departure. Reservations are created when payment is made on owner approved booking requests. We sometimes get multiple inquiries for same date ranges that we quote multiple people on the same day. A quote does not equal a reservation or dates held until paid and approved. We generally only allow Family rentals with responsible adult over 30 years of age. We do not rent to groups under 30 years of age. Any non family groups, and/ or people bringing motorcycles or trailers please contact us prior to requesting to book to get approval to reserve. Sleeping for 10 (8 adults max as other 2 beds are a child's bunk bed) Stand alone private detached home with private salt water pool. We also provide golf cart, linens, house towels, beach supplies, and a private pool. Charming, adorable, comfortable, renovated original beach house. Newly and nicely decorated and full of amenities. Definitely advertise all the wonderful additional amenities that your home provides: beach toys/boogie board items (those are awesome things for families), your game selections for entertainment for kiddos, just how easy access and close it is to the beach, lots of kitchen utensils" Golf cart is legal to ride on streets in Surfside and includes permit to allow free parking at all golf cart parking areas,including golf cart beach access parking throughout Surfside.
